| Luxury Red-bull 2013 |
Working on the idea of negative and positive, I compared contemporary luxury with ancient living. I still wonder which would be the positive and which the negative.
The image is a copy of one of the Lascaux cave paintings, it is drawn into the pile of the carpet using a palette knife.
The initial photographic image was boringly beige. Using only levels to create the colour in photoshop gave the resultant image, which is coincidentally similar in colours to the original cave painting.
